韓国は犬食店を公認。やっぱり食べていた。 目を背けないで！ 　http://www.koreananimals.org/media/videoclips.htm 　　　　 　　　　　　　 下文は、韓国の仲間から、皆さんへのメッセージです。 世界の皆様へ！ 韓国の動物たちは現在、非常に悲惨な状況におかれています。 そして私たちは、韓国内で韓国の動物たちを自ら守ることができない、非常に切迫した状況になっています。 1. 韓国は動物虐待国です。 動物は人間のためなら何にでも利用されて良く、どんな方法で対処されても良いというのが 韓国国民の普遍的な思考です。 富国にならなければならないという強迫観念が韓国を支配しています。 無分別で残忍な実験研究を世界で、最も多く行っています。 家畜たちのおかれている環境は非常に劣悪で残酷ですが、利潤追求のために環境を改善することは全く行っていません。 家畜たちは大部分 疾病にかかるしかない、非常に劣悪な環境で生きています。人間が5分以上は息をしにくい、 耐え難くて非常に窮屈な環境で家畜たちは生まれ、屠殺されるまでそこで過ごします。 このような家畜たちの無惨な環境によって韓国は現在 AI ウイルスが発病され家擒類たちが無差別に殺傷されています。 そしてその方法は生きているまま 土に埋めてしまうのです。 私たちが密かにし潜入して現場を告発し、記者たちを通じて社会に知らせていますが、その記事までも国益という理由だけで、政府の電話一通ですぐ削除されています。 2. 韓国は犬食用国家です。 全世界で犬食のある国は中国、 ベトナム、 大韓民国しかないです。中国でもベトナムでも合法的ではない犬肉を、あろうことか韓国の首都ソウル市が合法的な畜産物に加えようとし、犬が合法にならないよう残っていた最後の法を改正しようとしています。もしも、 それが通過されたなら、犬たちの問題はほかの家畜たちのそれと同じになるということを意味していて、すべての犬たちの保護と安全は絶対に保障することができなくなるのです。 ***　一部で犬食のある台湾・香港・フィリピン・タイでは、犬肉が不法になりました。　 3. 同時に、韓国には犬を愛する多くの人々がいます。 犬を伴侶動物で飼う人口も年々増えています。 犬食を反対する人々もとても多いのです。 ところが、最近は犬を食べる是非については「本人の嗜好次第である。」という意識が、韓国人たちの間に徐徐に広がっています。 これは韓国の政府と言論が意図的に、且つ持続的に国民を説得してきた、その結果が現われて来ているのです。 このように韓国内では 犬肉の賛成意見 と反対意見が張り詰めて対立していますが、韓国政府は「犬肉を食べる人々が居る。」という理由一つだけで衛生管理をする。つまり、今後犬肉を合法化すると言うのです。 5月に公聴会を通じて世論収集をすると発表しているので、そうなれば犬が 畜産物になることは時間の問題です。全世界で初の「犬肉が合法的な畜産物になる国」になるでしょう。 4 . 韓国で食用として殺される犬たちの生は悲惨です。 以前は家庭で飼われていたペットだったのに、捨てられた犬や盗まれた犬たちがみな、肉として流通されています。 一部の犬農場では、犬の耳に火で焦がした金串を差し込んで、わざと鼓膜にけがをさせます。 これは、飼育している間吠えないようにするためです。檻に閉じ込められた犬たちはお互い喧嘩し死にいたることもあります。 市場で売るために移送するときは犬同士の喧嘩を防ぐために、まるで服をくちゃくちゃにして入れるように、一つの檻に何匹もの犬を押し込めることもあります。移送後、市場内で堵殺に選ばられる瞬間までの何日間は、身動きできないほど狭い檻のなかで水も餌も与えられません。他の犬たちが殺されるのも、目の前で見るしかありません。先に選ばれたくないので、自分を見る人の目を避けたまま、お尻だけ前に出し顔を伏せ震えているのです。こんな恐怖状態で殺されることだけを待たなければなりません。 堵殺の方法は極めて残酷な方法で行われます。手製の電気衝撃機を何回かに分けて掛け、じわじわ殺していくのです。犬は意識はあっても体が硬直するため、痛みと苦しみにもがくことすらできません。やがて、まだ息がある状態でも毛が焦げていきます。他に、絞殺、撲殺、生きたまま火あぶりといった方法も行われています。 　わざと苦痛を与えながらゆっくり殺していく理由は、こうすると肉の栄養価が上がり、味もよくなると信じられているからです。 ***　犬を食べる人たちの食べる理由のほとんどは、「犬肉が薬のように体に良いと信じているからです。」このような堵殺の仕方は犬肉合法化によって規制できるものではなく、動物保護法によって取締りが可能なものです。 5.　韓国でもし犬肉が合法化されるとその需要はどんどん増えるでしょう。 韓国では犬肉を原料とした化粧品を作った人間もいます。もっと安い肉を得るために中国、ベトナムなどで犬を飼育して肉として輸入するでしょう。もう韓国の犬だけの問題ではないのです。 6.　しかし、まだ希望はあります。 自ら正義を守ろうとすれば、果たせないものはありません。 そして、動物の問題に国境はありません。 韓国はプライドの高い国です。今まで西洋の犬肉反対勢力は、韓国の政治、マスコミ、社会、文化系の著名人に、自ら犬肉の反対署名をするように促してきました。 ある外国人達が出演する番組では、犬肉がまるで「プライドを持つべき韓国の文化」のように放送し、マスコミが競争するように国民たちに催眠をかけています。間接的に＜犬肉＝韓国のプライド＞であることを伝播しています。私は、自分が生まれた国なのに恥ずかしくて仕方ありません。 しかし、韓国政府は少し違う立場です。政府が一番恐れるのは対外的なイメージの失墜と外国からの圧力です。全世界が犬食用を反対していることを見せて、韓国政府を圧迫することができます。 15年ぶりに初めて動物保護法を改訂した唯一の理由は、「対外的なイメージを良くしたい」という、韓国政府の立場からでした。 世界的な圧力は韓国政府を覚醒させることができます！！ 皆様の積極的な助けを求めます。　助けてください！　お願いします！ ＜犬は長い時をかけて人間に手なずけられた動物です。野生動物でもないし、家畜でもありません。人間が手なずけておいた唯一の種に対する責任、その義理をを守るのは我々人間の役割です。そして、動物問題に国境はありません。皆様が韓国の犬を助けられます。そのようになれます。＞ ☆地球上の生命の根源をoneにします。☆ 世界中でまだまだ、動物たちが犠牲になっています。 命の尊さに気付いていないのです。 あなたは命の尊さに気付いていますか? 動物たち、犬たちの声が聞こえますか? これは警告です。 犬を食べないで！と叫びます。 韓国では犬を食べるのです。 嘘のような話ですが、本当です。 何が食文化でしょうか。 太古の人々は感謝の心で通過儀礼をしていました。 食になるために犠牲になる動物たちに尊厳の心で儀式を行い、心から動物たち、母なる地球に感謝していたのです。 それが今では、平然と食文化です。 「犬を食べないで！」・・・・・・。 殺すなかれ。 動物たちの声が聞こえます。 生きる権利があります。 同じ命、人間も動物たちも命の重さは同じです。 人類たちよ。 これは警告です。 尊厳の心を持って下さい。 人類が全てにおいて、尊厳の心を持った時、全てが許され癒され地球も全てを許します。 人類一人一人が、自分にも、他人にも、動物にも、石にも、大地にも、虫にも、全てに命があり恩恵を受けているのだと、尊厳の心を持つ時、全てを可能にします。 地球上の生命の根源をoneにします。 署名活動にご協力下さい！ 世界の愛犬家が集い、一つに成ろうとしています。 どうか皆さんも、韓国政府へＮＯ！の声を届けましょう！　 http://www.all-creatures.org/ha/kaps.html 「オンライン署名の入り口」 署名の仕方を見てオンライン署名をして下さい 　　　 　　 † 犬の十戒 † （犬の飼い主のための十戒） The Ten Commandments of Dog Ownership 1.
